Nach schauen wer darauf zugreift, und den Dienst/ das Programm beenden.
(lsof | grep 'entsprechenden Filter')
Evtl. 'init 1', da dürfte nur noch das root-fs un- umount -bar sein;)

man shutdown:
-F Force fsck on reboot.
Dann allerdings alle Partitionen.
