Hey Yo Hoh! To access /dev/dvd i link to /dev/cdrom "ln - s /dev/cdrom /dev/dvd". This works fine after logging in again (without reboot) but the link dissappears with every reboot - how do i make such changes permanent? I tried to play arround with /etc/modutils/1devfsd (what does the "1" mean?) without success (like "alias /dev/cdrom /dev/dvd).
