Hallo allesammt, Irgendwie funktioniert mein cups seit geraumer Zeit garnicht mehr. Ich habe folgendes installiert: ii cupsys 1.1.16-3 Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - server ii cupsys-bsd 1.1.16-3 Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - BSD comman ii cupsys-client 1.1.16-3 Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - client pro ii libcupsys2 1.1.16-3 Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - libs
Ich habe keinen lokalen drucker, nur einen an einem windows pc. In /etc/cups/printers.conf ist dieser auch konfiguriert. /var/log/cups/error_log sagt beim neustart von cupsys: E [05/Nov/2002:16:53:24 +0100] Scheduler shutting down due to SIGTERM. I [05/Nov/2002:16:53:25 +0100] Listening to 0:631 I [05/Nov/2002:16:53:25 +0100] Configured for up to 100 clients. I [05/Nov/2002:16:53:25 +0100] LoadPPDs: Read "/etc/cups/ppds.dat", 1110 PPDs... I [05/Nov/2002:16:53:25 +0100] LoadPPDs: No new or changed PPDs... sieht ja erstmal nicht schlimm aus. access_log und page_log sagen da garnix. Wenn ich nun etwas mit cupsys-bsd ausdrucken will: mejo@host:~$ lpr test.txt lpr: error - no default destination available. Oder wenn ich den drucker aus printers.conf angebe: mejo@host:~$ lpr -P family test.txt lpr: unable to print file: server-error-service-unavailable Dass das ganze nicht an printers.conf liegt zeigt das web-interface. Es behauptet zun�chst keine Drucker seien konfiguriert, und wenn ich einen neuen konfigurieren will gibt er mir schon bei der ersten auswahl (protokoll) keine Auswahlm�glichkeit mehr. Das l�sst sehr auf ein cups-problem schlie�en. Ach ja, error_log sagt beim versuchten drucken: E [05/Nov/2002:16:56:09 +0100] Bad request line ""! E [05/Nov/2002:16:56:09 +0100] Bad request line ""! page_log sagt nix, und access_log folgendes: localhost - - [05/Nov/2002:16:56:09 +0100] "POST / HTTP/1.1" 200 137 localhost - - [05/Nov/2002:16:56:09 +0100] "POST / HTTP/1.1" 200 137 hat jemand eine idee, oder �hnliche probleme beobachtet.
