Moin Jungs und M�dels... Ich und der Samba wiedermal... ;)
Folgendes: Wie ich ja vor 3 Wochen stolz verk�ndet habe, habe ich nun endlich samba-2.2.7a.deb�s gebaut und auch erfoglreich installiert. Allerdings besteht das Problem was ich beheben wollte immernoch. Kopieren auf ein von Linux aus gemountetes Windows-Share mit filez �ber 2GB funzt immernoch net. Ich habe einen kleine Thread mit Herb Lewis (Samba Entwickler -soweit ich weis- bei SGI) gehabt. Hier ein kleiner Auschnitt... --- schanipp > But for me the Problem is still there. The tar option to smbclient has been fixed to support large files. You need to get the CVS from today as I just checked in additional fixes. Tar has a limit of 8,589,934,591 bytes because of the number of characters being stored in the header for the size. --- schanupp ok... ich werde es jetz mal mit smbtar versuchen. Alles in allem schreib ich das hier nur, um zu fragen ob vielleicht einer von euch noch ideen hat und/oder mal testen kann ob die beschriebene Situation bei ihm funktioniert.
