Hmm, mach mal apt-cache policy libssl0.9.6 und erz=E4hl uns woher die
kommt, in woody ist jedenfalls 0.9.6c-2.woody.2 aktuell. Wenn die von
der security-Quelle kommt, dann kannst du nen Bugreport gegen libssl-dev
filen, ansonsten solltest du die entsprechende sources.list-Zeile mal
auskommentieren und apt-get zu einem downgrade zwingen, was dann aber
u.U. andere Pakete deinstalliert.
