hat sich schon mal jemand damit besch�ftigt und wenn ja, kann er mir damit helfen?
Also mein Problem ist folgendes. Ich habe einen Dell Inspiron 8200, darauf habe ich Woody installiert, was ich dann auf unstable upgegraded habe. Da in dem bf2.4 "was weiss ich" standard Kernel kein pcmcia dabei war habe ich mir gedacht, ich k�nnte ja mal nen 2.6er Kernel kompilieren. Das funktioniert auch soweit. Habe pcmcia support aktiviert und alle anderen treiber, die bei pcmcia stehen, als module.
Wenn ich jetzt eine Karte reinschiebe, wird auch erkannt das da was ist, aber nicht was es speziell ist.

--------- Anscheinend kann der pcmcia treiber die CIS Informationen der Karte nicht lesen, ich weiss jedoch nicht wieso.
Ach ich habe zwei Karten ausprobiert, die unter Linux schon gelaufen sind. eine D-Link DWL-650 und eine D-Link DFE-650
Ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen.
