Das Problem tritt bei mir immer auf sobald ich in /etc/environment etwas setze, zumindest habe ich noch keinen Weg gefunden das irgendwie zu umgehen und trotzdem in /etc/environmnet f�r mein System eine locale anzugeben. Vielleicht verwendest du ja eine andere Version der console-tools.
