Und was sagt lsmod ? Das Modul heisst m.E. pcnet32
Modul ist IMHO einkompiliert in den 2.4er Kernel und heisst pcnet32. Ist hier allerdings ein VMWare-Problem, da es zum "Bridgen" nur die erste NIC benutzt und nicht die Zweite, wie es sein sollte. Es l�sst sich bisher auch nicht dazu �berreden, aber das ist OT hier...
