(Ich benutze das aktuelle Sylpheed-Claws (W32))
vielleicht hilft dir 'man2html' ja weiter, respektive die Option 'man --html mutt'.
Da es bei mir funktioniert, kann ich nicht ausprobieren, was dir sonst helfen würde,
aber was ist zB mit 'man --encoding=ascii/latin/utf8'. Als letztes fiele mir noch 'man
-W' ein ...
