Erm.. A próbowałeś wpisać w Google "courier_authdaemon exim4" ?
Albo sprawdzić jaki jest wynik polecenia:
rgrep courier /etc/exim4

Z tego co pamiętam STARTTLS jest preferowaną metodą (czyli możesz
zrezygnować z tls_on_connect_ports)

A to już jak chcesz. Bez tego też będzie dobrze. Osobiście z tego też nie
