O tetex-extra da testing tem o url.sty
tjpp:zoloft|~> dpkg -S /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/url.sty
tetex-extra: /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/url.sty
Este pacote substitui o revtex4 da stable.
Tente, como root, rodar o texconfig e dar o comando para REHASH.
