ssh_exchange_identification

Caros, estou com um problema ao acessar o meu server de outra máquina 
com ssh, aparece a seguinte mensagem:

"ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host"
E não me conecto ao server, teriam alguma ideia do que possa ser??
