Rodrigo, teu computador usa o runlevel 6 como default? Confira com /sbin/runlevel ou em /etc/inittab. O link deveria ser para ../init.d/postgresql-init-all-banks.sh (com ../), não? Também *acho* que o número 100 deveria ser no máximo 99, mas acho que isso não invalida o link, mas fica fora do convencional.
