Muito obrigado prezado Jilio!
O msg_flags ficou legal só o plugin "username" não rolou, a forma que eu
instalo ele é igual ao do "CHECK_QUOTA" vi no arquivo de ajuda dele mesmo,
mas não rolou. Não sei mais o que fazer...
