Fabiano, fix de 2 formas. Veja o resultados:
1 - colocando o parâmetro afastado do sinal de igual.
:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/hwclockfirst.sh restart
/etc/init.d/hwclockfirst.sh: line 31: --hctosys: command not found

select() to /dev/rtc to wait for clock tick timed out
2 - colocando o parâmetro junto do sinal de igual.
:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/hwclockfirst.sh restart
* Saving the system clock
You have specified multiple functions.
You can only perform one function at a time.
