Guilherme, Creio que eles já sabem. Para que esses certificados da raiz ICP-Brasil já venham como os navegadores é preciso que se estabeleça um convênio/contrato com as empresas/fundações desenvolvedoras, o que acho que deve estar sendo providenciado pelo ITI.
