Não sei se ajuda muito. Eu obtive essa mesma mensagem quando tentei instalar o
cups ("apt-get install cups"). Então, descobri que o nome do pacote não era mais
"cups" e sim "cupsys". Talvez, o LICQ esteja empacotado com um outro nome.
