Você tem instalado um DNS nesse proxy? Cheque o seu /etc/resolv.conf, se tiver um DNS instalado, o seu resolv.conf tem q conter a seguinte linhas: nameserver 127.0.0.1 se não tiver un DNS, use o da sua operadora telefonica: nameserver IP_DNS_DA_OPERADORA :)
