Olá Paulo,
Se nao fosse a libc, eu iria sugerir remover e instalar de novo... mas eu
acho q se vc remover a libc, nada mais irá funcionar.
Realmente nao sei dizer o que pode ter acontecido. Vc tentou instalar alguma
outra versao?
Dá o mesmo erro se tentar instalar outros pacotes?
Mesmo assim, eu diria q a melhor solucao (mais segura) é a do Marcio:
reinstall...
