Basta montar o iso com o comando mount -t isofs -o loop
arquivo.iso diretorioalvo/ e depois copiar.

# mount -o loop imagem.iso /iso/temp (ou qualquer outra pasta)
# cp -r /iso/temp/* /sda7 (ou onde esteja montado a sua USB)
# umount /iso/temp
