Mi servidor envia spam?

Buenas.
Hoy repasando los mails que me envia el logcheck (hacia tiempo que no lo 
hacia...), he visto cosas como:

Yo lo entiendo como que mi maquina intenta enviar el correo pero el otro 
servidor no deja. A lo mejor estoy equivocado... Alguien me orienta??
(Por cierto, utilizo Postfix+Mysql+Courrier-imap-ssl, y ahora estoy intentando 
autentificar para enviar correos desde el exterior...)
