A mi tambien me pasa en Debian SID, desde que comence a comparar las salidas del apt-get y el aptitude he visto algunas diferencias, mas ahora que sacaron x.org: # apt-get upgrade Reading package lists... [Y/n/?] Con apt-get solo me muestra los que no seran actualizados... y con el aptitude, me quiere remover, no actualizar y hasta instalar mas numero de paquetes. En el manual para pasarse de woody a sarge [1], mencionan que "la versión de aptitude en sarge resuelve mejor las complejas dependencias que se deben manejar durante una actualización que apt-get". Me imagino que en sid debe ser lo mismo. Y el manual de referencia de los manejadores de paquetes de Debian [2] explican ventajas de aptitude, puse la liga en ingles, porque la de español no tiene traducidas todas las ventajas (punto 6.2.3).
