Hola, en este momento estoy probando el Kubuntu (Dapper) y para actualizar paquetes y bajar nuevos edite el /etc/apt/sources.list quitando las lineas de los repositorios que estaban en comentarios, luego en el "Adept Manager" hice clic en el boton "Fetch Updates" y esto se conecto a la web y me bajo toda la lista de paquetes que puedo instalar, con esta actualizacion ya puedes bajarte el kdevelop3
