Aupa En teoría si cambias el "LABEL=/" por la partición que debe ser root, (/dev/sda1, intuyo) debería arrancar. El hecho de que sea RAID por software (MD), al crear el initrd debería cargar el soporte. Qué pruebas has hecho?
