Octave es un programa para cálculo numérico de cualquier tipo.
Suma, resta, ... de números, vectores, matrices. Trabaja con reales y
complejos resolviendo ecuaciones, ... Yo lo he usado para Estadística,
pero se puede usar donde necesites hacer cálculos. De hecho el nombre de
Octave viene de un profesor de Ingeniería Química.
