Hace un "nmap localhost" y ve si el apache esta escuchando por el Puerto 80,
intenta tambien de reiniciarlo . "/etc/init.d/apache2 restart" y ve si te
sale algun error ahí.
Si sale algo. Porfa, envialo

Si hago un telnet localhost 80, me conecta perfectamente:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/sbin# telnet localhost 80
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain.
Escape character is '^]'.
Con un apache2-restart sigue igual. Nada.
Al respecto, había oido de un problema con el paquete libc6. He
probado a hacerle un downgrade y tampoco :(
