Vamos, que te va a tocar preguntar mucho cosas como esta misma. Cualquiera de los instaladores de debian (net-isntaller, cd1, floppy, etc) arrancando en modo 'expert' te dan la opción de instalar stable, testing o unstable. Suerte con sid.
