Realmente si quieres trabajar con Tomcat como contenedor web para aplicaciones java, es mejor instalar el JDK y el tomcat de:
http://java.sun.com/ http://tomcat.apache.org/ configurar Java en tu Debian (JAVA_HOME) y luego descomprimir el tomcat y simplemente ejecutarlo. Si lo quieres como servicio, en internet existen muchos scripts para ello. El 27/04/07, Santiago Yegros <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> escribió:
