Gabriel, Por lo que comentas ningun de estas aplicaciones tendrian que afectar al servicio ssh. Lo que podes probar es ingresar en modo monousuario y chequear las confguraciones. Tambien si podes hacete un "history" para ver que otras aplicacione instalaste. Saludos.
