Yo lo que hago con esto es: Desde consola como root #module-assistant auto-install virtualbox-ose #cd /etc/init.d #./virtualbox-ose stop #./virtualbox-ose start y listo, si vuelve a fallar repito el proceso. No sé si es la mejor opción, pero funciona.
