Bueno, como que ahi ya la tienes bien claro si te detienes a leer el
mensaje antes de copiar y pegar en esta lista:

el fichero o el directorio
Como se deja ver aparentemente tu configuración de awstats hace
referencia a /var/log/httpd/mylog.log (típico del archivo por defecto
de awstats que no ha sido tocado) el cual no existe.
Te recomendaría que primero leas en la documentación de awstats los
primeros pasos a seguir y ahí te dirá qué archivos editar.
Si ya lo hiciste entonces como te dije anteriormente, muestranos las
configuraciones de tu Apache (sólo las referentes al awstats), tu
configuracion de awstats y los paquetes instalados que coincidan con
el nombre 'apache' (dpkg -l "*apache*").

tenias razon y lo tenia mal instalado pero ahora lo que me pasa es lo
siguiente que es en una direccion virtual me sale perfecto y en otra
direccion virtual me sale este error:
