no me da la regla de acceso no c porque estoy tratando de hacer ahora lo siguiente: bloquear el acceso a internet a todas las ip que tengo listadas en un archivo llamado ip.txt luego hacer una regla que permita que las ip listadas en el archivo ip.txt puedan ver solo los sitios que tengo en un archivo llamado site.txt
