Hoy, luego de muuuuuucho tiempo sin necesidad de hacerlo, me veo en la
obligación de destruir algunos archivos, asegurándome que no queden
trazas del mismo.
Se me perdió una funcionalidad de Krusader que hacía este trabajo, y me
encuentro que es porque:
Shred Files
"The shred feature has been removed from the KDE library. Kgpg will not
support this feature anymore. Moderns file systems use journalisation.
So the shred feature should be implemented in the file system. Not in

Buscando y buscando, me encuentro que existe un paquete llamado 'wipe'
en Debian, que cumpliría las mismas funciones.
Como todo paquete nuevo, me tomé el trabajo de leee su 'man', y...

Preguntas:
La que tiene que ver con la lista: ¿Hay algo para asegurar más o menos
un borrado eficiente de archivos en entorno Gnome/KDE, o sea, gráfico?
Lo único que encontré es esta 'wipe' y es por consola, pero me estoy
volviendo vago... sobre todo cuando hay muchas opciones y muy
potencialmente peligrosas...

I hereby speculate that harddisks can use the spare remapping area to
secretly make copies of your data. Rising totalitarianism makes this
almost a certitude. It is quite straightforward to implement some simple
filtering schemes that would copy potentially interesting data. Better,
a harddisk can probably detect that a given file is being wiped, and
silently make a copy of it, while wiping the original as instructed.
