cuando asignastes la ip 192.168.0.80 te fijastes si dentro de tu lan estaba disponible, yo haria lo siguiente, pondria la 192.168.0.106 que es la que te esta asignando tu gateway y desde el mismo le tiro unos ping a la 192.168.0.80 para ver si esta disponible.
