Supongo has probado lo típico, que sería:
- Volver a hacer un apt-get update
- Lanzar (como parece te insta al propio apt) un apt-get -f install
- Cambiar de repositorio a uno que sepas que está synced
Si ya probaste las 1000 y una, a ver qué te dicen del bug report.
