(cd $1; tar cf - . ) | (cd $2; tar xvpf -) es m�s fino: preserva los permisos.
Otra alternativa posible es usando el mc.
De hecho, parece que va incluso mejor: el tar de arriba duplica ficheros que
tienen hardlinks, y el mc los trata adecuadamente.
