Por lo que observo, tu dispositivo wireless es RALINK RT5390. Debes obtener el firmware y copiarlo como ROOT en la carpeta /lib/firmware. Lo puedes descargar del siguiente enlace: http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads/rt539x-pcie/ o puedes ejecutar el siguiente comando como root para que APT te instale todos los firmwares RALINK: # apt-get install firmware-ralink Luego de haber hecho eso, automaticamente sera detectado tu dispositivo y empezara a funcionar.
