Hola, buenas. Yo tuve el mismo problema, el tema es el siguiente. Después de mandar masivamente correos con el gestor de correo. Yahoo y hotmail detecta que es un gestor de correo masivo y automáticamente frena los correos para esos host. Mi solución fue enviar por lotes. Espero que te sirva.
