Hablo de memoria porque hace tiempo que no tengo que crear ninguna VM
así.
En todo caso, se me ocurre instalar el disco con bus IDE/SCSI, detener
la VM y cambiarle el bus a Virtio. Mapear obviamente la ISO para que
pueda instalar los drivers.
Me suena que había que convertir el disco a dinámico, pero no recuerdo
si lo hacíamos por prevención, para otras tareas o si realmente era
una recomendación.
Por cierto, aunque virtualices bajo Debian, creo que eso es un poco
Off-topic y deberías preguntarlo a KVM, donde se habrán encontrado más
veces con este problema y te será más fácil recibir una respuesta
correcta.
