con respecto al ups, es un tema de tensión del proveedor de la
cooperativa. No voy a entrar en detalle.

he tratado de reinstalar/eliminar/ las librería libc-bin ya que al
momento de actualizar me pide instalarlas y creo que acá esta el tema
