Cambia de servidor, ese no tiene el archivo que necesitas: https://packages.sury.org/php/dists/ Está vacío. Por eso siempre uso los alemanes: http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie/main/binary-amd64/ Aquí hay más chicha :-) > ¿A alguien le suena este error y cómo solucionarlo?
