Last LTS november kernel (Debian 12 i386) introduces a regression on CPU's frequency (Intel Atom N455)

Hello,

I wanted to inform you that last LTS kernel on Debían 12 i386 introduces a
regression on CPU's Intel Atom N455 max frequency, lowering it from 1'66 to
1'33 Ghz.

I Hope you can resolve it at next kernel update. Meanwhile I will use march
kernel, which does not have thid problem.
