Es posible que en el lilo.conf tengas una l�nea que diga
boot=/dev/hda2
y debiera decir
boot=/dev/hda
A mi me ha pasado y el comportamiento era parecido al que describes (en
mi caso tb. sal�a el mensaje de los 1024 cilindros, pero luego no ten�a
nada que ver).
Sin embargo, sospecho que pueda no ser eso, porque si antes te funcionaba
con el mismo lilo.conf...
En fin, por si acaso te sirve de algo, ah� est� mi poca experiencia en el
tema.
