Creo que el prblema est� aqu�. Para levantar el interface punto a punto,
necesita los dos puntos. Adem�s, creo, que no pertenece al grupo inet
...
De echo en man interfaces:
The ppp Method
       This method uses pon/poff to configure  a  PPP  interface.
        See those commands for details.

         Options

         provider name

         Use    name    as    the provider   (from /etc/ppp/peers).
