El problema es que hay algo que esta tratando de acceder al rtc
(probablemente hwclock), pero no esta soportado por el kernel.
Una soluci�n es recompilando el kernel para habiltar el rtc.
$make menuconfig
y en la secci�n: "Character devices" -> "Enhanced Real Time Clock
Support".
le dices que lo quieres como modulo.
otra solucion es eliminar /dev/rtc :).

will get access to the real time clock (or hardware clock) built

Every PC has such a clock built in. It can be used to generate

/proc/driver/rtc and its behaviour is set by various ioctls on
/dev/rtc.
If you run Linux on a multiprocessor machine and said Y to

and set the RTC in an SMP compatible fashion.
If you think you have a use for such a device (such as periodic data

This driver is also available as a module ( = code which can be
inserted in and removed from the running kernel whenever you want).
The module is called rtc.o. If you want to compile it as a module,
