lo que vi es que en /usr/include/linux hay archivos que tambien estan en
/usr/src/linux/include/linux,
la verdad es que no se por que el paquete que te mencione antes lo trae esos
archivos, habria que averiguar eso.
yo que vos probaria de hacer:
# cd /usr/src
# ln -s kernel-headers-2.4.17-686 linux
dejar el /usr/include/linux como viene y probar si compila bien.
