Hola,
al final lo hice "a mano".
1) zless /var/lib/dpkg/available
2) Buscar todas las ocurrencias de Ximian.
3) Pillar el nombre del paquete.
4) dpkg --force-depends --purge nombre_paquete
5) Finalmente, ejecutar dselect, darle a actualizar y se me bajaron los
paquetes equivalentes del gnome de woody. Luego, a mano descargu�
algunos paquetes que echaba de menos como el xscreensaver y "arreglao".
No es autom�tico, pero no me llev� mucho tiempo (afortunadamente s�lo
quedaban 45 paquetes de Ximian en el sistema).
Gracias a tod*s por vuestra atenci�n, en particular a Faro y Matias que
me respondieron.
