Por lo que veo, estas tratando de copiar el directorio /home local sobre
el directorio /home en el destino, en caso de que realmente quieras
hacer esto, asegurate que usuariaquestamakina tenga permisos de
escritura sobre /home en tu maquina destino. Saludos
