Ahora mismo lo tengo un poco oxidado, pero si no recuerdo mal la soluci�n pasa por hacer un dpkg-reconfigure locale (o locales) en la lista escoges espa�ol (es_ES y si quieres usar el euro [EMAIL PROTECTED] o algo as�) y el programa se encarga de generar los locales el solito. tambi�n hay un script llamado castellanizar (y su homologo eurocastellanizar para a�adir el euro) que hace esto y mucho mas (traduce muchos mensajes y dem�s) spero que te sirva.
