This user together with the credentials in /etc/mysql/debian.cnf are used by the init scripts to stop the server as they would require knowledge of the mysql root users password else. Y luego: * PASSWORDS: ============ It is strongly recommended to set a password for the mysql root user (which is NOT the same as the "normal" root user) with the command: /usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root password 'enter-your-good-new-password-here' Espero que se solucionen tus problemas.
